📦 Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Please note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We’ll keep you updated via email if there’s a significant delay.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard shipping as well as expedited options at checkout (where available).

Estimated delivery times:

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently ship to select international countries. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

📬 Shipping Issues

  • If your package says “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please wait 24–48 hours in case of a carrier delay.

  • We are not responsible for orders with incorrect addresses entered by the customer at checkout.
